6) Why is it important for you to know where the exits are in a room when supporting a challenging resident/service user?

7) You are supporting a resident/service user in the community, they become anxious due to a large group approaching, what should you do?

8) Before you perform any task or procedure with a client or service user, what must you do to protect yourself and what must you say to the patient?
