A 68-year-old male patient with a history of prostate cancer is being visited for palliative care management at home. The patient has been managing well and able to walk and self - care is complaining of a new onset of lower back pain and tingling and numbness in both legs. On examination the lower back area appears slightly red. On evaluation of the patient’s notes and further discussion with the client and his wife, it is also noted that a symptom of double incontinence has commenced within the last 2 days.
