Candidate Pre Registration

England Pre-Registration Form

Please note: Pre-reg forms are only to be utilised for the deployment of staff in England and Wales, any forms completed for temps in NI/ Scotland will be disregarded by the central Clinical Team’

This will be sent to the sales support team who will add the candidate to Adapt.

If you provide an NMC PIN number and NI number then the candidate will be invited to register via the application portal (they cannot register until these 2 pieces of information are provided)
