Scenario: You are called to the emergency room to examine a 19-year-old woman in excruciating pain. She is sexually active, takes birth control pills and her partner uses condoms for contraception, and she is 5 weeks late for her period. Her blood pressure is 87/56 mmHg and her pulse is 124bpm.The patient in complaining of abdominal pain and shoulder tip pain also have mild nausea and no vomit. She is clammy and pale.

Comment on this young lady condition, using an ABCDE approach, and suggest a possible diagnosis and priorities in her management.
